The COMPLETE Package

Our complete package includes the ultimate wedding experience! This comprehensive package is designed to provide you with a stress-free and all-inclusive planning experience. The results will ensure that every aspect of your wedding is taken care of, allowing you to savor every moment of your special day.

From the initial consultation to the final farewell, our team of seasoned professionals will be with you every step of the way, ensuring that your wedding vision is brought to life. We understand that every couple is unique, and our The Complete Package is fully customizable to reflect your individual style, preferences, and budget.

What’s Included:

  • We refer you to the most professional and talented vendors along the Gulf Coast of Florida and Alabama. Our vendors include venues, caterers, DJs, florists, officiants, hair and makeup artists, and more!
  • Our team is the first to arrive and the last to leave at the end of your wedding celebration.
  • We set-up and break-down your decorations at the end of the wedding to ensure we leave your venue the way we found it!
  • If you have not yet chosen your venue, we are here to assist you in finding the best venue that meets your vision, including Elegant, Vintage, Rustic, Boho, or Beachy/ Casual. We've done them all!
  • We plan a schedule for your cake-tastings and dinner-tastings, as well as appointments with your florist, photographer, videographer, etc. We can come, too, if you'd like.
  • Unlimited consultations starting from Day 1 until the end of your wedding. You can text, phone, or email us and we always contact you within 24 hours or less.
  • We review your contracts. However, since we are not attorneys, we cannot offer legal advice.
  • When possible, we can negotiate pricing with our vendors, to keep you within your budget.
  • We create a comprehensive “Timeline Schedule” that includes all the information we will need to coordinate your entire wedding from beginning to end!
  • We work with the logistics of your wedding rehearsal, ceremony, reception, and create layouts of the reception area.
  • Weddings by Lydia makes it possible for you and your guests to enjoy your beautiful celebration of marriage, while we handle everything for you!

The ESSENTIALS Beach Package:

At Weddings by Lydia, we specialize in creating unforgettable beach weddings along the pristine shores of Pensacola and its stunning surrounding areas. With our beach wedding services, you can say, "I do," against the backdrop of the sun-kissed sand, gentle ocean waves, and breathtaking coastal views.

From coordinating beach permits and securing vendors to arranging beach-friendly decor and coordinating guest transportation, we take care of all the details, so you can relax and fully immerse yourself in the magic of your special day.

What’s Included:

  • Officiant for one hour
  • Photographer for 2 hours; high-resolution photos; photo release for reprints; and enlargements; + Photo Gallery (Extra hours are an additional charge)
  • Unlimited phone, text, or email consultations
  • Two beautiful floral arrangements in your choice of colors for your arch
  • Chair sashes in your choice of colors
  • Bridal bouquet + Groom's boutonniere
  • Flower girl(s) basket with petals + Ring bearer(s) white pillow
  • 20 white resin chairs (additional chairs would be an additional charge)
  • Sand ceremony which includes all glass cylinders and your choice of two sand colors on a white vintage table
  • Your choice of a hexagon arch, 2 post or 4 post bamboo arch with white sheers
  • Aisle rose petals
  • Up to 10 Lanterns (white vintage, wooden or sleek black) down aisle, LED candles, and 10 shepherds’ hooks (lanterns can be re-purposed for your reception centerpieces, at no additional charge)
  • Custom “Welcome Sign,” with lovely white vintage frame, easel, and calligraphy message
  • Our Wedding Coordinator will manage your ceremony
  • Champagne celebration following your ceremony for up to 25 guests. (extra charge for additional guests)

"Day of" COORDINATION Package:

  • Client meeting within one week of signing contract to discuss details, vision, and to answer questions
  • We review your "Wedding Planning Checklist".
  • Two hour duration of ceremony rehearsal
  • Have the officiant or best man keep the marriage license secured.
  • Specify “music cue” at the rehearsal for the processional on day of ceremony
  • We provide a sign that states "No phones and no cameras during ceremony"
  • Ensure that chairs for guests are at the reception tables for "your wedding ceremony"
  • Unlimited “email” contact with your Planner
  • We create detailed Wedding-Day Timeline with Wedding Party Lineup
  • We confirm all deliveries to the wedding site
  • Email Vendors the “Timeline Schedule” one week prior to the wedding & make changes they request
  • One hour ceremony rehearsal with the wedding party, at the same time as the wedding ceremony the following day, for best lighting at sunset.
  • Setup of ceremony arch
  • Oversee smooth transition of guests from the Cocktail Hour to the Reception
